Hi,
My parcel seems stuck somewhere in china.
Tracking system says Import customs scan, however it hasn't come to the destination country. Can someone inform me where is my package?

" Import customs scan" means the parcel returned back to China from oversea. Normally this means the parcel will be returned back to shipper, receiver can not get the parcel anymore.
