My tracking number is RM837497130CN and destination country is Bulgaria, is it normal to wait so much... I made the order on 28th of November. I also noticed something strange, the package was shipped by air twice, on 2nd of December and on 21st of December. What does this mean ?

Unfortunately this is normal, http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows that the average time to Bulgaria is 37 days, with 90 days being the longest on record.

Repeated attempts to send the package usually means there was a a shortage of airline space. There was no room available when they tried the first time, so they had to try again.
