Hello again, can you check it please again? It says it arrived and it is Delivered on sept.18. But where and to whom? I see it is China? Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel RC185420485CN and RC185420471CN were returned and delivered in Shenzhen. We can not know who is the receiver, but normally it should be the original shipper.
