Hello! My tracking numbers are RC185420485CN and RC185420471CN, status sent to Shanghai Transit Station Customs Scan on 15-Mar-2015, should i get worried about it? It should be in Croatia by this time, usually it does. Can you please tell me where it is? Is it stuck somewhere? Waiting for help. Thank you!

the parcels are stuck in Germany. Not sure what wrong with them. you'd better open dispute for lost parcel.

Hello! I ask sender about shipping problem, and he told me that he send parcel via sea?? How many days will be on the sea? When I can expect my parcels? Thank you!

parcel by sea might take over 6 months to arrive. You should open dispute.

I can't believe it!!! 6 months?? I can't open dispute,it was not buyed via ebay, what should I do? Is it posible that German customs destroyed parcels becouse it is supplement products? How I can check status of parcels in Germany? I send question on German post office for status, but I didn't get any answer of them. Please help me!

if you did not buy from ebay/aliexpress, I don't think you can do anything. save you time and accept the reality. Next time, remember to buy from big website such as ebay,aliexpress, amazon etc which have good buyer protection system.

It is bought from a trusted seller with whom I work 4 years now. Only issue was sending via boat instead of airplane. But I see some changes on a tracking numberes now. It seems that now is in Beijing, can you tell me what that meens? will be now sent to me finally? It is on a Country trip via China, Shenzen, Shangai, now Beijing... 😀 And I am waiting it 3 Months now. Thank you

Hello, someone please answer me, the parcels are now back to Shangai??! What is happening? Will it finally come to destination Country or? Can you tell me is it left China or? Thank you

Me again. Today is exacly 5 Months from purchasing and sending my 2 parcels. From the last tracking information, I see it was in beijing and then in shangai again. can you check it where is it now? is it still rotating in china or is it sent to Europe? thank you
