Post 3 Parcels stuck in "Custom Clearance"

Hi,
I have three parcels that are all stuck in customs. Could someone check these tracking numbers and let me know what's going on?

1. LX218113825CN
2. LX223265001CN
3. LX989829161CN

1. For parcel LX989829161CN, you should check Royal Mail site. your parcel has arrive in UK.

2. For parcel LX223265001CN, this is the last tracking:
2016-11-26 00: 00: 00.0 22:21:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to GBLALA

In case you ask
GBLALA = HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

3. For parcel LX218113825CN, this is the last tracking:
2016-11-20 00: 00: 00.0 20:21:02 Guangzhou Post express logistics company international business branch to leave the processing center, sent to Guangzhou Terminal

With regards to parcel LX989829161CN this is not in the U.K. I have checked and has not been received. Can you tell when this was received ?

1. You need to go at the Royal Mail site and put your tracking number in. You will see this after the tracking is done:

Item: LX989829161CN
from China (People's Republic)
Where has my item been?

2. You just need to press on the "Where has my item been? " Then another window will show up and in this window you will see this:

Date Time Status Track point
30/11/16 12:51 ON ITS WAY TO GLASGOW MAIL CENTRE HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
30/11/16 12:41 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
