Hello!
I ordered an item from an Ebay seller the 06th june so it's been a little bit more than a month already but i still haven't received it.
The tracking number is 11162441558 and when i enter it, it tells me that the parcel has not arrived France yet...
I would like to know where it actually is if possible and if it's normal for it to take so much time to arrive in France? Because i already bought some things that were sent with China Post in the past but it never took that long.

11162441558 does not correspond to any shipment of China Post, this issue is not of China Post.

So the problem comes from the seller? But why can i track this number with china post's tracking parcels to France? I don't understand.

Because the 11162441558 tracking number does not have tracking information, I am not saying that it can't be of China Post, what I mean is that it can be ordinary mail and this email does not have information.

Hello again, sorry to bother you but i spoke with the seller and they told me the package had arrived to France and that i should verify this information by contacting the post. When i enter the tracking numer it tells me that it still hasn't arrived to France, could you tell me what is wrong? And if the shipment actually arrived to my contry do i have to contact the local post to see if the package there?

11162441558 is not a trackable parcel. France post can not help you. if you can not get the goods after 30 days of payment date, you should open dispute to seller. no other solution.
