Hi,I'm new in online shopping and bit confused..I had several purchases on e-bay..on 3 I haven't got any tracking no., and on others only 11-digits without any letters..like 31237821968

33328886464

How can I be sure if items are shipped? If they are not trackable, what they serve for?

those are china post ordinary parcel. you can not track much information for such kind parcel. Many china use China Post post ordinary parcel to ship cheap item as the shipping fee for such service is very very cheap.

Normally, if you can not get such parcel in 40 days, you should open dispute to ebay immediately.
