1. Parcel to to Romania can take between 10 to 63 days to arrive. You can look at the reference here:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. Now what needs to happen is Romania Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement.
