Good day,

Problem with the package with the tracking number: RM931172994CN

The package arrived to Braga my city, Portugal.
Because of the wrong address the package was sent back to China.

I tried contact the person who shipped the package, that was purchased in eBay, to verify the address but I didn't received any answer.

I verified the shipping address given to eBay and it is correct.

What can be done to solve this issue?

open dispute to ebay for refund. You can not get the parcel back.
