This was a package for me: a purchase on Aliexpress.
Order number: 91247818100202
The post office that delivers the packages to me is SAN GIOVANNI VALDARNO (AR).
My address is 52028 - TERRANUOVA BRACCIOLINI (AR) ITALY
The parcel was delivered by the CHIVASSO (TO) post office.
So the package was not delivered to me!
Who was it delivered to?

If your address in your aliexpress order is not CHIVASSO TO, Consegnata(which is showed as delivered destination). You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Obviously your seller shipped the parcel to wrong customer or gave a wrong tracking number to you.
