Has aliexpress.com been turned off ??? i tried to open it from laptop / mobile / mac everywhere but its not opening. My package was shipped and i want to know my tracking number but now aliexpress is just not opening... What should i do ? should i be tensed ?

I checked aliexpress.com, it works very well.
