Hi

My parcel CB000753922PK left Pakistan May 07,2014. It reached Beijing May 21, 2014 but after that i ve no clue when will i get it. More than a month now. It has few clothes which i want for my self and our new arrival in family :)

I called up the sender, he said it has reached Shanghai, but the status did not change.

Kindly guide me as how long i have to wait.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it arrived bejing one month ago. you should call 11185 and ask for detail.

I thank you for reply.

I ve checked from 11185, they say i check with 11183, they keep changing their replies that
1- its in shanghai or
2- its in beijing
3- we cant find it or
4- go to near by china post office or
5-tell sender to follow it.

I did all, but no one seemed to know. please help me that how long it will take. Before this parcel, i had three parcels from china post reach me in three weeks, but this is six weeks and dont know when i get it. Please guide me.

I called up the main office of china post in shanghai but they say that parcel left for shanghai on may21,2014 and so far they can not trace it. is it lost? can i file claim? :( :(

so far ... i called up 100 numbers and found that my parcel reached shanghai... then i got a call from shanghai customs about how my parcel looks like, then again silence... i wonder why it is taking sooooo long when its just clothes and grocery. its rainy season and i fear that the spices will be ruined by the time. i got a call from 22351104.
