Hey the seller on ioffer said that due to World Consumer Rights Day the security inspection is very strict and they need to open every parcel and check and thats why the tracking number is invalid as of now has this ever happened to anyone else! Thanks!

I believe your seller is playing game with you and gave you bullshit excuse. We never heard of so called "World Consumer Rights Day". EVEN If it really exists, such event has little effect on china post security inspection and status update speed.

If I were you, I will open dispute to paypal against fraud.

i think your information of "many people have bought from her" is from her ioffer feedback/review. Unfortunately ioffer feedback can be easily cooked. Many cheaters can easily register buyer id and leave feedback for themselves.

I always recommend people stay with those risky website like ioffer. If you want buy thing from china, you should buy from big websites such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon which have buyer protection policy. read following:
