Hello.
I have spent many days with the number: RB856321536CN, and says not found.
Can I get help?. Is it a scam?

If the tracking systems says the parcel is not found, that means China Post has not received the parcel. Two possible reasons:
1)seller did not ship the goods and give you a fake number.
2)seller just shipped the goods within 2 days and China post has not updated the database.You should wait about 48 hours and track it again.
