It said something like Expost customs scan on 10 Jun 2014 and until now it hasn't arrive yet what does that mean?

Does your parcel contain battery or liquid because it looks like it was rejected since it didn't pass customs scan and I'm pretty sure you are late to open a dispute and claim refund unless you extended the purchase protection, did you?

No no, When I sent the parcel I just choose 'return to the sender'. Isn't ut supposed to be sent back to Harbin?

Inside of the parcel are some books, chocolate, snacks, facial foam, and clothes. I went to China for studying Chinese for one year and before I go back to Thailand I have posted these things to reduce the weight if my luggage.

Ohh you sent the parcel to China.
Then it's probably lost, ask the recipient to call chinapost center and ask about the parcel.

No no, I sent the parcel from China to Thailand. And now I'm in Thailand but the receipt is with me. Can I do anything to get the refund money or get my parcel back?

You can call china post to make sure it is lost then you can ask for compensation from them for losing your items.
Also you have to note that CP is a surface mail for heavy objects and it's really slow because items are sent by sea or a truck so it could be just the status not updated.
People on the forum aren't employees in china post, so you can only send an email to china post or call them.
