I have 2 packages that still have not shipped but received by you. One is LS300259181CN which was received 12/8/2017, says Departure export customs on 12/11/2017 and then again says Departure export customs 12/22/2017? What is going on with this?
Next package is LS283365568CN which was Received by Post Office 12/8/2017, Departure export customs 12/9/2017 and nothing since then. What is the status and what is going on??

Nevermind for package LS300259181CN. I see it's finally in the states and will be here by the 30th. But please still advise for package LS283365568CN. There's no update for this by USPS.

LS283365568CN was shipped from Fuzhou which now is suffering from airline space shortage. you will get it after New Year holiday.
