Singapore Post website shows the parcel failed delivery and was returned to China yesterday. You can not get it anymore.

my orders all day planning Flight cz??? I have six orders all day the same flight # as of 4/29/18

All dates 4/23/18 to 5/7/18
Could someone tell me where my pkgs are?? Please

this kind of parcel starting with Letter "U" is china post ordinary parcel.you can track its shipment effect date in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

I'm also having an issue. I purchased an item on Ebay in late April from China (via China Post) and haven't seen any updates to the shipment since May 4th. The last update from May 4th says it was scheduled for a flight from China to Frankfurt Germany. I haven't gotten any type of response from the ebay seller to my inquiries.

Can you assist? Thanks!
