Post Wheres my package?

I placed my order 13 days ago on February 22, 2018. I had the 3 to 5-day fast shipping. I still have yet to receive my package. I went to track it but it keeps saying invalid tracking number. tracking #LS714135695CN. Please help me find my package. I need to know what to do. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number is invalid. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?
