http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped today. this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

It has officially left china via an outbound flight to LAX . When will i receive it?

china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Well it's moving pretty fast. Shortest time i received something from Shenzhen was 4 days to a week.
