Hello there,

About two months ago (on april 8th) I placed an order at Devotep (see parcel number on the subject). Up until now i still haven't received my order (which has already been paid also).
When i try to check the status of the delivery, the message 'return delivered' pops up. What does this mean? That the order has been returned to the fabric? If so, what to do to get it (or my money) back?

LZ205702757CN was returned to shipper. You can not get it back. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute for non-arrival order.
