RB598033097CN stuck in Beijing customs almost two months. normally this means it can not pass customs security scan and have been or will be returned to shipper. you'd better open dispute to get your money back as soon as possible.

I already opened a dispute but, tey tell me that since December is a rush month it sometimes takes from 30 to 60 days and waith more days but I also think it´s lost and tracking websites don´t update

why haven´t the tracking websites updated their information ??

i really hope tracking items are organize.. it should be organize... if its not.,, they shouldn't have offer their services in the first place... aliexpress should be concern about shipping item not just the sale itself... tsk... im a bit worried about my parcel coming or not...

some seasons are very hectic as
October, November and December. Packages are lost and some take up to 2 months to arrive. the sellers in different websites answer customers rude and just say wait longer and suddenly a year goes by and no items. they take months to clify if your things are lost if they do if not you just become a statistic. They should hire more persons at the airport to pack and deliver so many packages because they don´t keep their word on delivering in x amount of time

why haven´t the tracking websites updated their information ??

Hi can you tell me if these tracking numbers are real I order from two different seller and I'm track them and it's saying this for the first one for weeks now

your parcel was received just 10 days ago. It is normal to wait about 2 weeks before sent to airline. make sure your parcel has no battery, otherwise it might be reject by airline safety officer.

I order a cell phone and if the seller knew that it would be stopped by airline safety why put people thru the head ache by shipping this way it may take weeks or months before I can get what I ordered

your seller should not use airmail to ship cell phone. Maybe he just wants to bet safety officer not detect his parcel so that he can save some shipping fee. As your parcel has been stuck in customs for long time, it is very possible that the parcel was detected and rejected by customs officer.(rejected parcel normally will show stuck in customs status forever)

i was tracking my order and this night i saw unsuccessful delivery with the date from yesterday which means I was probably not in when the delivery came, what do I do? i've waited months for this!
