The item seems to have left China on 11.24; its status can't be updated again until it arrives in Italy and the post office there can scan it. Unfortunately some ePacket items seem to be taking up to 4 weeks to be delivered lately, I think because of the holiday season. It may be a few weeks yet before your item's status is updated.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RO267682173CN left china on Dec 9. now is busy season, you need wait 4 to 6 weeks to get the goods.
