I ordered the item through ebay on Nov 4th and it has been "Departure from outward office of exchange" since Nov-14-13, 09:00 AM, BEIJING. Destination country is Croatia (HR).

RC082013754CN was sent to airline on Nov 15. Normally you should have received this parcel now. If not, it might be lost. You'd better file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible:
