I need to know whether the parcel mentioned above has left China. VERY URGENT!!!! I have tried tracking it but the latest date of tracking was 12th December and it is the 16th today.

RB728201386CN is still in Beijing waiting for security scan. For unknown reason, it seems stuck there and can not pass the scan. You can wait one more week and see what happens.
