Good morning, I would like your opinion regarding my shipment: LZ158055408CN. the seller has confirmed to me that the shipment is ready to leave China and the parcel has arrived to post office; but from the 17track site I do not see anything! you can help me ?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?

I buy from Aliexpress, the seller sent a first parcel (LZ154960088CN), for safety he told me that the second parcel would be sent shortly after not having any problems in customs. The seller wrote to me that the parcel arrived in the post office on 30/03/18. Today I wrote to the seller but I have received no answer yet, so I decided to write to you. In the Aliexpress App for mobile is write: "Shipment ready for dispatch" ? I can trust?

your seller has not shipped anything yet. Push him to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment information in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fake shipment and leave him negative feedback.

Good morning, yesterday night i wrote to Aliexpress customer service, the chat service, and they answer to me: "You don't have to worry at all, seller will put the updates on the 15th or 20th day after item is shipped"; for me (the tracking number is always LZ158055408CN) it is the first time that i saw something like this, after more then 30 parcels ordered from China with Epacket: usually after 48 hours the tracking information start, but here what is it happened ? What do you think about?

UPDATE: Aliexpress have said correct, the item is it posted today, below what i saw on the EMS site:
