Please help! Order RY769658706CN shows that it's in its destination country from the 13th February. Who can I contact to find out what causes the delay.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has arrived South Africa. It seems to have some delivery problem. You need contact your local South Africa Post office in NEWCASTLE, 195081 and try to pickup the parcel.
