Hi,

Can you please confirm what is the status of tracking number LX121508935CN? I have placed some orders after this order and received them but this one hasn't updated since 30th Jan 2018? whereas I have already received orders which were placed on 2nd Feb 2018.

Also I would like to have a status on tracking number LH205645269CN, no update since 1st Feb 2018 and I cant even see if it has been processed from the facility or not? both parcels are to arrive in Sydney, Australia

LX121508935CN left Shenyang for Sydney on 30 Jan. It's normal for there to be some variance in arrival times, anything from 1-3 weeks is definitely a normal time range for ePacket.

LH205645269CN doesn't show any sign of having left China yet, which is a little unusual. If it doesn't show any tracking updates within the next week, I might contact my seller and ask them to call China Post to see what's going on with it.
