Hello,
I have sent a parcel from Germany to China. Unfortunately, the address was wrong, therefore it could not be delivered. I have tracked the parcel and have seen that it is stored in the post department since 11. January 2018. Please, could anybody explain to me, why the parcel is stored in the post department for such a long time, since I know, that the time for storage is 7 days at maximum? And could anybody tell me why it was not sent back to me by now?

Please help me to get my parcel back. It was a gift for our Chinese friends. Thank you in advance for your help.

The parcel arrived China Post Guangzhou branch 白云区嘉禾 office on Jan 13. If free storage time expires and none pickup the parcel, it will be discarded. I hope your parcel is still there.

Please ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 or come in person to that post office and try to pickup the parcel asap.
