Good morning, i try to fynd my parcel LX059131536CN, i try to ask to Italian post office and the said that it is not in Italy yet, but for me it is not as this, can you help me please? Thank you in advance, Alberto.

Many parcels sent to Italy in November and December are seriously delayed, nobody seems to know why.

Your parcel was sent from China to Italy on 20 December. I expect it could take 30-60 days to be delivered, which would mean it should show up sometime in the next 4 weeks.

Ok thank you very much, the only real problem is the Italian post office, I have great respect for the Italian posts and for those who work in the post office, but when it comes Christmas they are never organized to receive the surplus of parcels, every year always like that!
