LX040072371CN This parcel has been sent from Guangzhou last 15th of December. I still haven’t receive it and the tracking hasn’t been updated. What’s happening?

Parcels sent to Italy in Nov-Dec seem very seriously delayed, not sure why. Many have been outstanding for over 60 days. If your buyer protection time is close to expiring, open a dispute. Otherwise, keep waiting. 😕

RG736780188CN was just sent on 19 Jan, it could take 2-6 weeks to arrive in India. You need some patience. :)

Do they ever update the tracking? Mine’s last update was more than a month ago. Or my parcel is really still stuck in Guangzhou? This is insanely unacceptable.
