i have a parcel from china to india which was booked on 2 nov 2013 till 16 nov 2013 it has tracking record and from then there is no update and my seller is also not responding i tryed to contact him he is not responding so please help me my tracking no RB775486174CN

please help me i had parcel with tracking no RB775486174CN from 16 nov 2013 it has no update it has not reached yet and my seller is also not responding anything please any one help me

RB775486174CN should have been returned to shipper in Shanghai. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money.
