If I look after my packet it seems like it has arrive to sweden postoffice at 2017/11/3. But if I try to look where it is in sweden it stand that it haven't arrived to sweden get????
Can you see were my packet is?

Now is rush season, parcel should be delayed. please wait one more week. If you can not get it by Dec 3, open dispute for lost parcel.

Hello, i have’t get my parcel yet.
How can I do for ”open dispute for lost parcel”? You wrote that in the last mail. I can see that the parcel still is in China. Please hela me. LX536961366CN

How to open a dispute depends on where you bought the item from, and how you paid for it. The site you bought from should have instructions on what to do in case of non-delivery.
