Hi there. I purchased an item on January 4, 2014. I have yet to receive it. It is now feb 13. The tracking information on china post and USPS has remained the same for a month now. No movement of my package. I want to know where my package is and when I will receive it. The tracking number is RC143552732CN. I would appreciate somebody getting back to me with an update.

RB975357626CN can not pass security check and will be returned to shipper. you should open a dispute and claim money back.

The tracking information hasn't changed since jan 17. Is it still there stuck in customs or otherwise where?
