Hi,

The updates of my package are still not moving forward since April 16th. on the app and on the web. I was wondering if my package has made it on the plane, or got lost and if you have a estimated arrival time for how long it usually takes to arrive in the Mexico City, I ordered it April 7th and it says it has a total transit time of 18 days. ¿? :(

My tracking number is RW073422543CN

Mexico Post website shows it is in "Oficina Operativa Registrado Internacional Metropolitano, CDMX., En tránsito hacia destino". You should get it very soon.
