LY043477781CN is my tracking number that was given to me on April 12. There is no tracking info at all and it's April 25th!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
