Hello, it’s been almost three months since I’ve ordered from the Beverly Supply site three moon-lamps. Where are they? I’ve also received the shipment notification about two months ago but I cannot find the shipment record on China Post tracking page. I have also send an email to Beverly Supply but I did not receive an answer.
The number of the order on Beverly Supply is #4053 and the China Post tracking number is RF524831063SG.
Can you find my order and, if it wasn’t shipped, ship it again?
If you can’t I would like a total refund of the costs ($114,85)

RF524831063SG is fake number. You are scammed. If you paid with Paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
