Post Where is my package?

LX769074188CN this is my tracking number the website which I've ordered it from said it was going to be delivered on March 13 but I got an e-mail from them it couldn't be delivered and I had to contact chinapost.
My friend ordered a day later then I did and he already got his order, is there an explanation to why mine is not arrived yet?
The tracking even says my package is still in China. I'm worried as I don't know what is happening really and it has been a long time since I've ordered it..

Belgium Post website shows the parcel status as "PERS-BROODHUIS VAN ROSSEM, Item available at pickup point". You should go to above post office and pickup the parcel.
