Good morning, I am waiting for the following parcel from China: LX064245607CN, more than 70 days have passed, can you help me to know where is it? The package is an Epacket, why does it take so long? Thanks in advance, Alberto from Italy

LX064245607CN left china long time ago. It should be in Italy customs now. Italy customs clearance might take 2 to 3 months, you need some patient. You can also call Italy customs phone number 848 800 898 and inquiry detail.

I just wonder why Register Airmail China Post is so damn lousy. I bought a flashlight for almost 1.5months ago from Canada. In China Mail tracking page on 19/02/2018 it stated : Guangzhou import custom scan, remark (rejected). On 23/02/2018 it stated : Guangzhou import customs cleared (domestic transit). Question : Where the hell is my package?? My tracking number is RB046018042CN . How the world is going to respect you if your delivery service is so damn terrible?!!

RB046018042CN was rejected by airline for safety reason. Not sure why airline rejected it. You should open dispute to seller for non-arrival order.
