Hello
the status shows that my package arrived Hong Kong AMC on Feb 13 and nothing changed since then. What is Hong Kong AMC? how do I know where my package is? tracking number is CP344571645CN.

South Africa post website shows its status as "JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), From Customs", your parcel now is in Johannesburg Post office. You will get it very soon.

Thanks for your note, which website did you use? Can you send me the link? I went to South Africa post office website, it still said it is on route and track-chinapost website shows no information in South Africa, please see the screenshot I took from both website.

That is what I used, and got the message below, it says "on route", didn't say it arrived South Africa. So I was wondering if you have different access.
