Post WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!?

I ordered from Amazon on January 15th. My package was shipped on January 20th. Now it is March and I still have not yet received my package. My package is coming from China and the carrier is wishpost. there has never been a recent update since January 21st. the only update I had is Wish post order generated. please can someone tell me what is going on? I ask the seller but no reply. is my package lost?

If the only tracking status ever shown is "Shipping noticed received", "Order generated by seller", etc, then it means your seller printed out a shipping label, but never sent you anything.

What is the meaning of “shipping notice received”
