Your parcel left Guangzhou for the USA on Feb 9th. It's normal for a parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the US and USPS scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Usually transit time to the USA for these types of parcels is 15-25 days. After that, you'll start seeing updates in USPS tracking.
