Good morning

My package (RX802389205CN) is stopped in your chongqing center since the 2nd of January. its now the 31st -I bougth the packet in december- and I have not received it yet. Could I get more information on where the parcel could be or who to contact for support?

RX802389205CN is on the way to Spain. register mail can take 4 to 8 weeks to reach Spain. your parcel is still in normal time frame. no need worry at this moment. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection.
