Dear Mrs. I would like to know what is happening with mw shipment, tracking number - RY623315429CN, logistics company - China Post Registered Air Mail. I made an order on 11.11.2017. As I can see in the tracking system my shipment was send on 24.11.2017 by China Post Registered Air Mail - "Departed country of origin" and until now I did not received it. I will appreciate if you write to me what 's going on with my shipment.

Unfortunately, shipping time to Bulgaria is highly variable: between 6 and 90 days, with 37 days being average.
