Hello, i've ordered an item on november and the track info hasn't been updated yet since a month ago, the last message says "Delivered by air transport".
The tracking number is: RG683745669CN

can you help me please?

Especially in the busy holiday season, I think shipping to Mexico can probably take up to 45 days. I would give it another two weeks. If there's still no package, open a dispute and claim a refund.
