Post Where is my package?

I ordered a package from Aliexpress on October 23rd and the package's movement hasn't updated since October 30th! It's been stuck on "Pre-Shipment" for more than a month. Any idea where it might be? Also, will I get it before Christmas time?

The tracking # is this:

LS070659449CN left china for JFK airport on Oct 30 . Now US customs import processing is slow. you need wait 4 to 5 weeks to get it released from US customs. You still have good chance to get it before Xmas.
