2. Searching the Internet about Winit, this is what I found on one site from an EBay Community forum:

In the last few months I've had a string of no-shows. They all gave winit tracking numbers. All were refunded but the earliest one was from 3 months back and no sign of it, despite the seller refunding and having me promise to pay him if it arrives. I'm guessing at this point, it won't.

One of them even admitted that because the auction didn't go high enough it was never actually shipped out (yet winit reports that it was picked up and moved around to several cities before being handed off to a foreign carrier-- unspecified). ETA May 2016 -- never arrived, which isn't a surprise, as it apparently was never sent.

Another, strangely, reported that it was picked up from the seller 2 months BEFORE I even ordered anything, the ETA on that was in March 2016 (never showed)

Another, reported that it was picked up in Szenzhen in March and was as of April 24, was ready to be picked up -- in Szenzhen (I'm in Canada, so that's a bit odd too). ETA on that was April 2016 (never showed)

The 4th is only now reaching the end of Ebay's estimated delivery window (June 13, 2016) and tracking is also saying "Ready for Pickup" in Szenzhen, as of April 27 (a few days before I placed the original order). Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a waste of time as well.

I don't think I've ever had any parcel "sent" via winit ever actually arrive.

A bunch of other parcels using other carriers have arrived without problems, and with that one admission that the parcel wasn't even sent, and some psychic parcel pick ups, I'm wondering if they're even a real carrier.

3. Just make sure you got buyer protection active for this parcel in case it does not arrive in your country.
