2. I suspect your parcel has arrive in your country 12 days since left Beijing. It maybe with the Lithuania Customs Office getting clear.

3. If it's not showing up in Lithuania Post maybe it's because the Lithuania Post does not scan parcel when it goes to Lithuania Customs Office.
Possible when it come out of Customs Lithuania Post will scan your parcel and deliver.

4. May I suggest you call Lithuania Post to find out about your parcel:

Do not forget to ask them if parcel is scan before it goes to Customs Office in Lithuania or is it only scan after the Customs inspection is finish.

I guess your buyer should be in a small or mid-size inland city in China. Your product should be fucked by some customs officer in that city.

Normally if you are selling oversea product to China, now is not a good time to ship directly from your country to china.

I know many people ship those goods in bulk to Hong Kong, hire some import agent who has relation with customs and import them to Shenzhen, then distribute the goods from Shenzhen to other cities. This can greatly reduce your cost to those corruption officers in small cities.
