Hi!
Can you please help me with a package sent from Frankfurt, Germany to China on the 29.04.2016
Package disappeared after customs in Frankfurt.
Tracking number : RT943689573DE

1. This is the tracking I found in Germain Post Office:

RT943689573DE The item was handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt on Apr 30, 2016 to be forwarded to China (People's Rep). Further tracking information is also provided by the website of the country of destination.

2. The parcel in not in China because it has not been scan yet, maybe it is still sitting in the International Logistics Center Frankfurt.

3. When the parcel arrive in China it will be scan by China Post and you will be able to track it.

My order number: 74027216902024 and tracking number 22663983 has not yet been dispatched and the tracking shows invalid number.The item was supposed to have been shipped on 29-3-2016.

Hi As per my Ali Express order no. 70694188742024 they have given me wrong parcel number.
RG232223279CN. This has been sent to some other person with different address.

1. Have you contacted the seller to explain the situation?
2. Which carrier did the seller send your parcel?
3. Do you feel that the seller is honest with you because you can not track your parcel?
4. You might consider to open a dispute to get your money back!

My package mark held by customs for 4 days now please help I had a invoice st from the seller but I am not from the US I have a skybox there EA154515687CN PLEASE HELP ASAP

Don't know what US shipping service its using but USPS says these are not tracking numbers and cannot track it yet if its through them.

1. Your parcel was transported by 4 PX courier service. You can track on this site:
http://en.4px.com/

2. Your parcel is what it's call: SG ordinary mail+. This type of parcel can not be track after it left the hand of the courier service 4PX.

3. Now it is in the hand of USPS and they are the one how will be delivering your parcel. How much time will it take, nobodies know because it had to go to US Customs Office where it landed and after it is given to USPS.

Would you be so kind as to tell me where could be my parcel RI905783281CN? The last record I've got is that it has departed from Beijing on 2016-05-03 17:31. Where to? I have no idea.
