My tracking number is RH324807276CN. Has been stuck in the same place for the last week

Hi! I also need some help. I was told by a seller on ebay 3 weeks ago that he shipped my item, and he gave me this tracking number: ID15050112026454CN. Problem is it doesn't work on any tracking sites and he just keeps telling me it's an "internal" tracking number so I won't be able to use it. Could you please help me to find out if this item was even ever shipped? And if so, where is it and what is the correct tracking number? Thanks!

2. Will we see anymore tracking in China, the answer is possibly not.
As it left to UK, in the tracking it's saying quote exported directly unquote. Is it on a plane, your guess is good as mine. But it's On Route to UK.

3. How long will it take to arrive in UK, please read this for UK:
