I ordered something from China and I tracked my package and it said that it already arrived to Mexico but I haven't received it and my local post office says they don't have any information yet.

Here is the tracking number EA192357403CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=EA192357403CN shows the parcel arrived Mexico customs on Jun 23. you should get it by end of June.
